HVAA elections are held annually, with nominations accepted at the September meeting and elections held at the October meeting. ALL positions are considered 'open and available' and require both nomination and election each year. We welcome and appreciate new volunteer talent, thoughts and perspectives. President
The President is responsible for leadership duties and affairs of the Association, oversight of all official H.V.A.A. meetings, the enforcement of all codes of conduct and/or any associated disciplinary actions levied by the Association. The President has signatory authority and the ability to solely act on behalf of Association.
Vice President
The Vice President is aide to the President and responsible to perform any duties as assigned in the President's absence. The Vice President has shared signatory authority and the ability to act on behalf of the Association.
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible to the President and/or Vice-President of the Association for the recording and distribution of all official H.V.A.A. meeting minutes and sign-in sheets, as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible to the President of the Association for the custody and reporting of all Association funds and annual budgets. The Treasurer has signatory authority on all financial instruments for the Association.
Registration Chair
The Registration Chair is responsible to the President of the Association for the H.V.A.A. Registration process, scheduling and coordination of annual open enrollment periods as designated by the Association, and the reporting of all registration activity. All funds collected by the Registration Chair on behalf of the Association, during any open enrollment periods or otherwise, are provided to the Treasurer in a timely manner.
Sponsor Coordinator
The Sponsor Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the scheduling for the solicitation and coordination of all H.V.A.A. sponsor activities. Assists the President in the assignment of sponsors to Association sports teams.
Trophy/Uniform Coordinator
The Trophy and Uniform Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the selection, ordering and delivery of all trophies and uniforms for the entire Association.
Parade Coordinator
The Parade Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the scheduling, coordination and execution of any parade functions hosted or attended by H.V.A.A.
Picnic Coordinator
The Picnic Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the scheduling, coordination and execution of any picnic functions hosted or attended by H.V.A.A.
Picture Coordinator
Th Picture Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the scheduling, coordination and execution of any team or player photographs provided by H.V.A.A.
Purchasing Coordinator
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the purchase, tracking and distribution of any materials, supplies or equipment for the Association. All purchases must have prior approval of the Treasurer and the President or Vice President.
Snack Bar Coordinator
The Snack Bar Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the scheduling and operation of the snack bar, including the purchase and adequate inventories of food and beverages for the Association and training of all volunteer assistance provided by Coordinators for their respective games. The Snack Bar Coordinator also retains the responsibility and authority of all field scheduling for the Association.
Facilities & Grounds Coordinator
The Facility & Grounds Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the care and upkeep of all fields, grounds and facilities for the Association.
Co-Ed T-Ball Coordinator
The T-Ball Coordinator is responsible to the Baseball and Softball Chairs for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. The T-Ball Coordinator is also responsible for the fair selection of teams by including all coaches in either a open selection or blind-draw process.
Baseball Chair
The Baseball Chair is responsible to the President of the Association for the operation and coordination of all baseball activities for the Association. This includes but is not limited to; all Association and inter-league play, rules and guidelines for all age levels, officiating and scheduling of fields, and any volunteer manpower as it relates to their assigned sport.
Softball Chair
The Softball Chair is responsible to the President of the Association for the operation and coordination of all softball activities for the Association. This includes but is not limited to; all Association and inter-league play, rules and guidelines for all age levels, officiating and scheduling of fields, and any volunteer manpower as it relates to their assigned sport.
Soccer Chair
The Soccer Chair is responsible to the President of the Association for the operation and coordination of all soccer activities for the Association. This includes but is not limited to; all Association and inter-league play, rules and guidelines for all age levels, officiating and scheduling of fields, and any volunteer manpower as it relates to their assigned sport.
Baseball Coordinator - Pony
The Pony Baseball Coordinator is responsible to the Baseball Chair for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. The Pony Baseball Coordinator is also responsible for the fair selection of teams by including all coaches in either a open selection or blind-draw process.
Baseball Coordinator - Minors
The Minor Baseball Coordinator is responsible to the Baseball Chair for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. The Minor Baseball Coordinator is also responsible for the fair selection of teams by including all coaches in either a open selection or blind-draw process.

The Major Baseball Coordinator is responsible to the Baseball Chair for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. Softball Coordinator - 8U
The 8U Softball Coordinator is responsible to the Softball Chair for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. The 8U Softball Coordinator is also responsible for the fair selection of teams by including all coaches in either a open selection or blind-draw process.

The 10U Softball Coordinator is responsible to the Softball Chair for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. Soccer Coordinator - 6U
The 6U Soccer Coordinator is responsible to the Soccer Chair for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. The 6U Soccer Coordinator is also responsible for the fair selection of teams by including all coaches in either a open selection or blind-draw process.

C.Y.O. Girls Basketball Coordinator
The C.Y.O. Basketball Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar. The C.Y.O. Girls Basketball Coordinator is also responsible for the fair selection of teams by including all coaches in either a open selection or blind-draw process.
C.Y.O. Boys Basketball Coordinator
The C.Y.O. Basketball Coordinator is responsible to the President of the Association for the selection of coaches, assignment of players, scheduling of all games and fields of play, as well as securing any volunteer manpower for the snack bar.
